General strike in the West Bank to protest against the crimes of the occupation

Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – A general strike was observed on Wednesday in the cities and towns of the occupied West Bank, in protest against the crimes of the Israeli occupation, and in mourning for the souls of the martyrs who were killed yesterday in the massacre committed by the occupation in the city of Jenin and its camp.

Wafa News Agency stated that the strike, called for by the Palestinian national forces, covered all walks of life. Shops and private institutions closed their doors, and transportation and communications stopped amid calls for massive demonstrations. The strike aims at condemning the occupation’s massacres against the Palestinians, and emphasizing the continuation of the struggle and loyalty to the blood of the martyrs.

Yesterday, the occupation forces committed a massacre in the city of Jenin and its refugee camp, killing six people and wounding dozens.
