Iraqi organizations and parties: Israeli aggression on Aleppo Airport is a war crime against humanity

Iraqi organizations and parties have condemned the Israeli aggression on Aleppo Airport and affirmed that it is a brutal war crime against humanity, especially that it targets humanitarian efforts to provide relief to those afflicted by the recent earthquake disaster.

Abdul Reda Al-Hamid, head of the Iraqi People’s Committee for Supporting Syria and the Resistance, said in a statement in Baghdad: The Zionist enemy adds a brutal war crime to its record of crimes against humanity by committing the aggression against Aleppo Airport at a time when the airport was receiving relief planes for the victims of the devastating earthquake in Aleppo and Lattakia.

“This aggression reveals once again the bloody, racist, aggressive nature of this entity,” he stressed.

Al-Hamid called on the honorable forces of the world to condemn this blatant aggression.

For his part, member of the leadership of the Arab Nationalists Movement “Iraq region”, Khaled Hassan, denounced the Israeli crime of attacking Aleppo Airport, calling on the masses of the Arab nation everywhere to mobilize all their capabilities to deter the Zionist disregard for international laws and norms.

In his turn, the Secretary-General of the Iraqi Al-Muwahhideen Movement, Muhammad Al-Abbasi, affirmed that this aggression is not an attack on a vital Syrian facility, but rather an aggression against all humanitarian efforts that came to relief the afflicted in the earthquake disaster in the governorates of Aleppo and Lattakia, indicating that this crime is a blatant terrorist aggression that requires all humanitarian forces to stand against it and expose the bloody criminal approach of the usurping Zionist entity.

The Israeli enemy carried out an air attack this dawn from the direction of the Mediterranean, west of Lattakia, targeting Aleppo International Airport, which caused material damage to the airport and put it out of service.
