Terrorists in southern Damascus had all their supply routes cut off

DAMASCUS COUNTRYSIDE, (ST) – “The Army units on Thursday accomplished a remarkable achievement  as they retook the towns of al-Sbeineh al-Kubra, al-Sbeineh al-Sughra and Ghazal in Damascus Countryside province, having got rid of the terrorists’ last groupings there ,” a military source said.

“the said notable gain will definitely lead to seize Hajar al-Aswad .Furthermore, the terrorists’ supply routes will be cut off, “the source added.

Needless to say that the aforementioned operation had resulted in wiping out countless number of terrorists rather than destroying their weapons.

Elsewhere, an army  unit succeeded in foiling an armed terrorist group’s infiltration attempt  from Dahrat al-Mistah in Barza into al-Enshaat area in Damascus countryside.

The army also eliminated dozens of terrorists nationwide.

In another development, a citizen was martyred Thursday in a blast of an explosive device terrorists had earlier attached it to car at Deir Ali in Al-Kisweh area in Damascus countryside.
