New York (ST): Iran has renewed its strong condemnation of the Israeli aggression that targeted Damascus and its environs at dawn last Sunday, killing five people and wounding 15 others.
Iran’s permanent representative to the United Nations, Amir Saeed Erwani said, in a speech during the United Nations General Assembly meeting in New York: “The world must condemn these practices and crimes, as well as work to compel the Israeli entity to respect international law.”
In response to statements by the representative of the Zionist entity, in which he attacked Iran, Erwani said: The representative of this entity takes advantage of every opportunity to level accusations that have nothing to do with Iran in an effort to cover up its subversive actions in the region and its crimes against the Palestinian people.
