Al-Quds Charitable Society sends aid convoy to those affected by the Earthquake in Syria’s Aleppo

Today, Al-Quds Charitable Society, in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, sent an aid convoy carrying essential needs for those affected by the earthquake in Aleppo.

The convoy included eight trucks of food, baby formula, clothes, heating materials and blankets.

 Minister of Social  Affairs and Labor Mohammed Saif Al-Din stressed the importance of the effort made by the private sector to meet the needs of those who were affected by the earthquake in the Syrian governorates, indicating that the ministry and its directorates are working to provide all the necessity support and facilitations for the aid convoys to reach its target as quickly as possible.

For his part, the Chairman of the Board of Director of the Society Nizar Al-Masouti explained that the trucks included 48 tons of basic and necessary supplies to be distributed to three shelter centers in Aleppo, pointing out that there is an integrated medical staff that will accompany the convoy to provide the necessary health services to those affected within the shelter centers.
