Syrian educator offers fun activities on Instagram to help parents raise their children to speak new language

About 4K parents who are eager to teach their children English language follow scores of fun educational activities invented by the content creator Mrs. Rama Albadawi on Instagram.

These activities depend on easy and simple ways to provide content targeted material to parents and teachers to serve as an A to Z guidance on how to turn their children into bilingual and multilingual individuals, according to Mrs. Albadawi, who has been teaching English for more than 13 years.

The educator told Syria Times e-newspaper: “I have launched my page ‘Mrs. Rama Albadawi’ on Instagram as an initiative to help moms and dads raise their children to speak more than one language.”

She believes that learning a new language is a key that opens up a lot of diverse opportunities and it is absolutely the magnitude of understanding culture, lifestyle and norms of other people around the world, and therefore growing a sense of tolerance and acceptance towards any other country or ethnic group, which is something the world is unfortunately lacking.

“I believe that we can make a huge shift in the course of our children’s lives when we start teaching them a new language, and that’s why I launched my page,”  Mrs. Albadawi’ added.

She went on to say: “ Introducing a second language to our kids can be as early in our children’s lives as 18 months old, and that’s what several studies have concluded. At my page, I showcase moms how to start introducing English to their children step by step using fun and entertainment as fundamentals in the course of our activities.”

Mrs. Albadawi’ launched her page when her son ‘Aous’ turned two.By that time, she realized that Aous was  receptive to English after listening and watching some animated songs on YouTube in English. She wanted to pitch in and help him expand his language skills so she and her son started inventing fun educational activities.

“Our content is being developed on a regular basis to cater the needs of our followers and bring the best out of our kids. Here at ‘Mrs. Rama Albadawi’ page we do believe that introducing a language as early as possible to our children would make the process a lot easier than starting later on with their lives,” the educator stated.

She concluded by saying : “ Thankfully, our family is growing bigger every single day. We have hit 4K of passionate parents who are eager to teach their children a second language….We invite you to be a part of our family whether you’re a mom, dad, or a care provider. Join us on our spectacular journey where we dissect, analyze, and help you discover and introduce English to your little ones!”

Mrs. Albadawi works hard in silence to make her success be the noise.
