Two additional Italian planes arrive at Beirut airport carrying humanitarian aid to Syria

Beirut (ST): Two more Italian planes arrived at Beirut International Airport today, carrying humanitarian, food and medical aid to Syria.

The two planes were received by the Chargé d’Affaires of the Syrian Embassy in Lebanon, Ali Daghman, who expressed his thanks to the Italian government and people for this humanitarian initiative, referring to the facilities provided by the Lebanese government in this regard.

Meanwhile, the Minister of Public Works and Transport in the Lebanese caretaker government, Ali Hamieh, announced on his Twitter account that humanitarian aid to Syria is still flowing through Beirut International Airport.
