Lebanese Army sends Engineering Units to Syria

In the aftermath of the earthquake that hit Syria ,the Lebanese Army announced today that they will send their engineering unit to Syria to participate in rescue operations .

“The Lebanese Army will send 15 members from their engineering unit to Syria to help in search operations for victims of the earthquake” they said on Twitter.

Yesterday Lebanon announced their sympathy and compassion for the victims of the earthquake and their stand by the Syrian Arab Republic saying they are willing to offer all possible help.
