Syrian publishers participating in Cairo Book Fair: We carry the message of knowledge and culture

Cairo, (ST): The Syrian publishers participating in the Cairo International Book Fair underlined the importance of their participation, which carries the message of knowledge and culture, noting the public interaction with the Syrian books in various fields.

Salah El-Din Nakma, who represents “Zahrat Al-Mustaqbal Publishing House” said in a statement to SANA correspondent in Cairo: The Cairo exhibition is a very important event for publishing houses in the world, pointing out that a large number of Syrian publishing houses participate in it with diverse books in science and knowledge, which got the admiration of visitors of the fair and presented a message of love to all peoples in different languages.

For his part, Imad Al-Rifai from Dar Al-Imad Publishing stated that the participation of the Syrian publishing houses in the fair is very important and there is a constant insistence on their participation, because it is considered an outlet for the presence of the Syrian houses in international exhibitions, referring to the great public turnout on the fair.

In her turn, Amina Othman, from Tammuz Demozy House, said: The house seeks to be present in all Arab and international exhibitions to carry the message of knowledge and culture to everyone, noting that the Cairo exhibition is considered one of the most important events, and there is always an intention to participate richly and actively in it.

Haitham Al-Ghazali of Dar Nineveh said: The house has been participating in the exhibition for 23 years without interruption, and presents its publications that enrich the Arab and international library, pointing out that the Cairo exhibition is one of the most important international fairs because of the convergence of cultures in it.

For his part, Ziyad al-Makhallati from Dar al-Asmaa said: The Syrian participation in international events continues and is increasing, especially the Cairo International Book Fair through various publications in different fields such as literature, history and educational books.
