Hundreds of Palestinians take part in a sit-in rejecting the occupation’s plan to displace residents of Al-Khan Al-Ahmar village

Hundreds of Palestinians have participated today in a sit-in in the village of Al-Khan Al-Ahmar, southeast of the occupied city of AlQuds (Jerusalem), in rejection of the Israeli occupation plans to demolish the village and displace its people.
Wafa news agency reported that the participants in the sit-in called for by the Palestinian national forces in the village raised the Palestinian flag and chanted slogans emphasizing their attachment to their land and their adherence to the struggle and resistance to thwart the Judaization plans of the occupation.
The head of Commission of Resistance to the Wall and to the Colonization, Muayad Shaaban, called on the Palestinians to be present in the village to protect its people and prevent the occupation from demolishing their homes and displacing them, warning that demolishing the village and establishing a settlement outpost in its place will pave the way for the occupation to seize more than a million dunums to establish a settlement bloc from east Jerusalem to Jericho.
