Raisi: The Islamic Revolution in Iran remained steadfast despite enemies’ plots

Tehran, (ST) – Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi affirmed that the Islamic revolution in Iran has remained steadfast despite the strife and plots of enemies that have targeted it since its establishment.

IRNA quoted Raisi as saying in a statement on Tuesday on the occasion of the anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran: “The steadfastness of this revolution 44 years after its victory under the leadership of Imam Khomeini came as a result of the Iranian people’s adherence to the principles and values that it established. He said that the enemy’s strategy to confront the revolution is represented in sowing despair and creating strife, a strategy that has failed over the past years.

Raisi called on intellectuals, writers and officials to spread hope among the Iranian people, and work to achieve more progress at various levels.
