“SDF” separatist militia kidnaps several young men in Deir Ezzor to force them to fight within its ranks

The US-backed “Syrian Democratic Forces” (SDF) separatist militia on Saturday kidnapped a number of young men in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor in order to forcibly recruit them within the militia’s ranks.

Local sources told SANA that a number of militants affiliated to the SDF militia this morning carried out massive crackdown on the city of Al-Basira and the town of Al-Shaheil in Deir Ezzor eastern countryside. The militants set up checkpoints in the vicinity of the two areas and kidnapped a number of young men from their houses and from transport means, the sources added, pointing out that the youths were forcibly taken to militia’s recruitment camps where they will be trained on fighting within the SDF ranks.
