Mercenaries of the Turkish occupation renew shelling on villages and towns in Raqqa countryside

Turkish-backed terrorist groups on Saturday shelled several villages and towns in Raqqa northern countryside.

Local sources told SANA reporter that “terrorist groups, positioned in sites near the borders with Turkey, fired artillery shells on Al-Fatsa village as well as on the vicinity of M4 Highway and the vicinity of Ein Issa town in the far northern countryside of Raqqa”.

The almost daily shelling by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries on residential areas and their vicinity and on agricultural lands and roads causes massive material damage and cuts the connections between the villages and hamper the daily activities of the residents, the sources clarified.
