The Palestinian Foreign Ministry calls on the international community to translate words into action

Occupied Jerusalem (ST): The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on the international community to translate words into actions and take decisive measures to end the Israeli occupation and enable the Palestinian people to regain their legitimate and inalienable rights, foremost of which is self-determination and the establishment of their independent state.

In today’s statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed that the act of  Itamar bin Gvir, the minister in the Israeli occupation government of  storming into Al-Aqsa Mosque is an incitement and provocative act that falls within the framework of the occupation’s plans to change the historical, legal and political status quo of Jerusalem and its sanctities.

Meanwhile, a number of Palestinians were injured as a result of the Israeli occupation forces’ suppression today of an anti-settlement demonstration in the village of Beit Dajan, east of Nablus, in the West Bank.

Palestinian Wafa News Agency stated that the occupation forces fired bullets and poison gas bombs at the participants in the weekly demonstration in the village, which led to the suffocation of a number of them.

Dozens of Palestinians were injured yesterday during the occupation forces’ attack on them in the town of Kafr al-Labad, east of Tulkarm, in the West Bank.
