Sayyed Nasrallah: The steadfastness of Syria and Iran has thwarted the American scheme in the region

Beirut (ST): The Secretary-General of Hezbollah Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah affirmed that the steadfastness of Syria and Iran thwarted the American plan in the region, which aims at hegemony, domination, and control of the wealth and capabilities of countries and the political decision in them.

On the third anniversary of the martyrdom of Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani, commander of the Quds Force in the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, Sayyed Nasrallah said that the American plan the martyr Soleimani and other martyr leaders faced was the new Middle East project in Lebanon and Palestine, considering that the September 11 attacks that struck the United States in 2001 gave impetus to this scheme, to enter Afghanistan and Iraq and to approach Iran and Syria.

Sayyed Nasrallah stressed that the steadfastness of Iran and Syria and the resistance in Lebanon, Palestine and Iraq thwarted the American plan that aimed at hegemony, domination, controlling the wealth of countries, destroying peoples and destroying everything in the region to start a new version of it, which is economic war.

On the Palestinian issue, Sayyed Nasrallah said that the new government of the Israeli occupation entity does not frighten us, as it hastens the end of this temporary entity by committing mistakes and foolishness, warning that targeting Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Islamic and Christian sanctities in Palestine and Al-Quds will not only blow up the situation inside Palestine, but also it might blow up the whole area.

Regarding the Lebanese issue, Sayyed Nasrallah stressed that the resistance in Lebanon does not need a cover, and it wants a president who wants reconciliation and dialogue and helps protect Lebanon against threats and dangers, because this is a national interest for the whole country.
