Moscow (ST): Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov affirmed that the current Ukrainian politicians are unable to negotiate, because most of them clearly suffer from (Russophobia).
Lavrov said in an interview with Sputnik today: that his country will not talk to any party on the basis of the “peace formula” put forward by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, adding: “It is clear that Kiev is not ready for dialogue. The “peace formula” put forward by Zelensky based on the withdrawal of our forces from the Donbas, Crimea, Zaporozhye and Kherson, the payment of compensation and the recognition of international courts is just an illusions, and we will not talk to any party under these conditions.
Lavrov continued: “Immediately after the start of the special military operation, Zelensky asked to sit at the negotiating table. We did not refuse, and we agreed to meet with his representatives. Several rounds of negotiations were held and it was possible to reach agreements acceptable to both parties. However, the negotiation process that began last February showed Zelensky’s complete lack of independence in making important decisions, and already last April at the request of the West, he stopped the negotiations and sharply hardened his position.
