Arnous inaugurates service, development and health projects in Aleppo

On December 25th, Prime Minister Engineer Hussein Arnous put into service a number of important vital projects in Aleppo governorate, which included the project to irrigate the town of Khanaser , the first phase of the project to irrigate the villages of Jab Ghubsha al-Sin, and the opening of the Salah al-Din Health Center.
The 8 billion Syrian pounds -project to irrigate the town of Khanaser and its surroundings aims to secure a stable and safe water source for the town of Khanaser by drawing the Euphrates water to it.
As for the Jeb Ghubsha Al-Sin project in the eastern countryside,  the first part of its first phase costs 5.2 billion pounds. It aims to secure a stable and safe water source by drawing water from the fourth waterway to deliver drinking water to 50 villages on two phases, the first includes 26 villages while the second includes 24 villages.
As for the Salah al-Din Health Center, which was completely destroyed as a result of terrorist acts, it was reconstructed to offer health services to around 500 thousand people in Salah al-Din neighborhood.
The center is one of 80 health facilities in the governorate that have been put into service since the liberation Aleppo.
In a statement to reporters, the Prime Minister explained the importance of putting these vital projects into service marking the sixth anniversary of the Aleppo victory.
He pointed out that the health center in the Salah al-Din neighborhood was previously exposed to terrorism and it was opened today after it was reconstructed according to an advanced vision with international standards through modern medical and health equipment.
For his part, the Minister of Water Resources, Dr. Tammam Raad, stated that the visit of the government delegation aims to set up many projects that contribute to improving services in the governorate.
For his part, the Governor of Aleppo Hussein Diab indicated that these vital projects come in the context of the government’s continuous interest in advancing the service situation in the governorate and bringing it back to life and production.
