Russian Embassy in Washington warns US against supplying Kiev with Patriot missile systems

The Russian Embassy in Washington warned that the United States’ delivery of Patriot missile systems to the Kiev regime would be a provocative step, which could lead to unpredictable consequences.

TASS news agency quoted the Embassy as saying in a statement: “In the United States, an information campaign has been launched about the alleged upcoming shipment of high-tech air defense systems to Kiev.  If this information is confirmed, we will witness another provocative step by the American administration, which may lead to unexpected consequences.” “.

The Embassy stated that the United States, even without providing Patriot missiles, is getting more and more involved in the conflict, and this path causes enormous damage not only to Russian-American relations, but also creates additional risks to global security.

Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov had warned that US Patriot missile systems would be a legitimate target for Russian forces if the US administration supplied them to the Kiev regime.
