Moscow (ST): Russian President Vladimir Putin stressed that the West wants to maintain its hegemony by any means, resorting to sanctions and color revolutions, and deliberately multiplying chaos and exacerbating the international situation.
Putin said in a video address to the defense ministers of Shanghai and the Commonwealth of Independent States: The West has shamelessly exploited Ukraine’s resources for several years and turned it into a colony and used its people as cannon directed against Russia.
