Palestinian Foreign Ministry: Israeli occupation deepens apartheid regime and implements annexation plans

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that the Israeli occupation deepens the apartheid regime and implements colonial annexation plans by escalating the seizure of Palestinian lands in the occupied city of Jerusalem and the rest of the West Bank.

In a statement today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the continuation of the repression, abuse, incursions and arrests committed by the Israeli occupation forces and settlers against the Palestinians, which often leave martyrs and scores of injuries. It stressed that the failure of the international community to oblige Israel as an occupying power to respect and ensure the implementation of international law encourages the occupation authorities to violate the resolutions of international legitimacy, and to employ double international standards to undermine any opportunity to establish  the Palestinian state on the line of June 4, 1967, with Jerusalem as its capital.
