Shulgin: The Kiev regime is preparing chemical provocations with the help of the Americans

Moscow (ST): Russia’s permanent representative to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, Alexander Shulgin, confirmed that American contractors are currently assisting the Kiev authorities in preparing to carry out chemical provocations in Ukraine.

Novosti news agency quoted Shulgin as saying in an interview with Russia 24 channel today: “Russia has provided, during the current session, to the member states of the Organization all relevant information about the presence of American contract soldiers from the state of Nevada in Ukraine helping its authorities to carry out chemical provocations, but the Americans refuse all this and describe them as human rights workers.

The 27th Conference of the Member States of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons opened in The Hague last November 28 and will continue until today, while Russia has repeatedly warned the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons of the danger of possible provocations by the Kiev authorities using chemicals.
