Egyptian politician: Erdogan’s government exploiting the plans of NATO and the Zionist entity to implement its ambitions in Syria

Naji al-Shihabi, head of the Generation “Jeel” Party and general coordinator of the National Coalition of Egyptian Political Parties, condemned the continued violations and attacks of the Turkish regime on Syrian territory, expressing his rejection of the justifications for these attacks.

Al-Shihabi pointed to the opportunism of Erdogan’s government and its exploitation of the plans of NATO and the Zionist entity to implement its ambitions in northern Syria under flimsy justifications. He indicated that Ankara did not dare to carry out these attacks in normal Syrian circumstances.

Al-Shihabi praised the legendary steadfastness of the Syrian people, army and leadership in the face of the Zionist Western scheme, stressing his confidence in Syria’s victory and the defeat of this global scheme.
