Iranian Foreign Ministry summons the German ambassador to Tehran

Tehran, (ST) – The  Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs summoned on Monday Germany’s ambassador to Tehran, Hans-Udo Mozel, in  protest of the results of the special meeting of the Human Rights Council and the statements of some of his country’s officials regarding the recent events in Iran.

The ministry informed Mozel that these statements are baseless and represent interference in Iran’s internal affairs.

The German ambassador was also told that the recent decision of the special meeting of the Human Rights Council is a wrong step based on a political approach that exploits human rights.
