Russian Deputy Foreign Minister: Washington’s actions indicate that it has something to hide regarding its biological programs
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov stressed that the actions of the United States indicate that it has something to hide regarding the true nature of its biological programs.
“Washington and its allies have blocked a draft resolution in the UN Security Council to establish a special committee to investigate American biological activity in Ukraine, although there is great concern about the Pentagon’s activity outside the United States,” noting that his country, since last March, has provided a lot of information and data about the essence of American activity in Ukraine.
Ryabkov announced that Moscow does not plan to conduct high-level contacts with the United States of America, although the dialogue is taking place through diplomatic channels.
He said: “With regard to specific issues related to certain contacts, I would like to confirm that we did not initiate any contacts, whether planned or through official channels,” noting that contacts with the Americans are via phone calls between the relevant senior officials only without involving the presidential level.
Ryabkov had announced earlier that the meeting of the bilateral advisory committee between Russia and the United States of America on the START treaty will be held in Cairo from November 29 to December 6, during which the resumption of mutual inspections will be one of the topics.
