Tehran, (ST) – The Head of the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization, Mohammad Eslami, said that adopting a resolution in the International Atomic Energy Agency against Iran will not help advance matters, and we will respond firmly.
Tasnim International Agency quoted today Eslami as saying in a statement today “that we said before that adopting a decision against us is a non-constructive measure to maintain maximum pressure, and it will not help solve existing problems.”
“It seems that the three European countries and America are accustomed to using various methods of pressure, including issuing decisions and sanctions, “ Eslami added.
Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian said yesterday that working to obtain a resolution in the International Atomic Energy Agency against Iran is an exploitation of its position and politicization of its functions, indicating that Tehran will respond firmly if the agency issues any decision.
