Hamadania Community Center in Aleppo launches shopping bazaar to support producers, local community

60 producers are taking part in the shopping bazaar which was launched on Friday at the Hamadania Community Center of the Syria Trust for Development in Aleppo.

The three-day bazaar exhibits clothes, wool handworks, leather bags decorative accessories, traditional jewelry, detergents, different Allepian food and sweets, homemade jam, paintings, handicrafts as well as traditional and folkloric products.

Orouba Hilal, Director of the Hamadania Community Center, told SANA that the role of the center is to provide support for producers in Hamadania neighborhood through reactivating the sales within this bazaar and through offering discounts on products to help the neighborhood’s residents buy.

Hilal pointed out that the Hamadania Community Center, within its economic projects section, provides vocational training for producers and finances small enterprises to help the producers market their products in the right way.

A number of participants hailed the bazaar as an important opportunity for them to promote and market their products and for the citizens to buy in acceptable prices.
