Tabbaa discusses with his Uzbek counterpart ways to exchange experiences in the educational field

Tashkent (ST): The Minister of Education, Dr. Darem Tabbaa, discussed today with the Minister of Pre-School Education of Uzbekistan Agribina Vazilivia the strengthening of relations and the exchange of educational experiences.

During the meeting held in the Uzbek capital (Tashkent) after the International Conference on Early Childhood Care and Education 2022, which concluded on November 16, Minister Tabbaa congratulated the Uzbek government on the success of the conference, which is considered the second most important educational work in the world after the Education Transformation Summit and the first in terms of addressing early childhood issues of care and upbringing.

Minister Tabbaa focused on the organization and the distinguished international participation and the important results of issuing the Tashkent Declaration, which was adopted yesterday after extensive discussions by the participating countries and associations, referring to the historical relations linking Syria and Uzbekistan, especially in the scientific field.

For her part, Minister Vasilivia spoke about the importance of Syrian participation and the important role that Syria plays in the field of education despite all the terrorist war it is facing, stressing the depth of the Syrian-Uzbek relationship, especially the interest in the field of early childhood and people with disabilities.
