The United Nations calls for an immediate and comprehensive investigation into the death of a Palestinian girl

The United Nations has called for an immediate and comprehensive investigation into the killing of a Palestinian girl by the Israeli occupation forces in the West Bank.

The United Nations Special Envoy to the Middle East, Tor Wennesland, said in a tweet via his Twitter account: “I was appalled by the killing of the Palestinian girl Fulla Al-Masalma (15) years old by the Israeli forces during a raid near Ramallah, and this requires an immediate and comprehensive investigation into her death.” .

Al-Masalma was killed yesterday by Israeli forces’ bullets while storming the town of Beituniya, west of Ramallah in the West Bank.

In a statement yesterday, the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on the international community to put real pressure on the occupation authorities and take measures that compel them to stop their bloody escalation against the Palestinian people.
