Efforts For National Reconciliation Stressed

DAMASCUS, (ST) – Dr. Ali Haidar , Minister of State for the National Reconciliation, renewed his ministry’s role in supporting and activating any initiative to solve the problems encountered by the Syrian people.

Haidar’s remark was made during his meeting-held on Monday- with the chairman and members of al-Wafa’a of the Syrian Initiative.

The minister underscored the efforts being exerted by the ministry to attain social and civil peace nationwide.

He also urged all Syrian parties to share views and cooperate with all initiatives to achieve the national reconciliation in the interest of all the Syrians.

Chairman of the initiative Body Bashar al-Nouri,for his part, reviewed the initiative’s  targets and duties in boosting the social positive values to activate communication among the citizens and concerned authorities to create the optimal atmosphere for national reconciliation.
