Palestinian prisoner Sabe’ Al-Titi enters the 19th day of his hunger strike

The Palestinian prisoner in the Israeli occupation jails Sabe’ Al-Titi continues with his hunger strike for the 19th day, demanding an end to his detention and protesting against the Israeli occupation aggressive practices towards the detained Palestinian freedom fighters.

WAFA News Agency reported on Saturday that Al-Titi, a 33-year-old man from Balata Camp, east of the West Bank city of Nablus, was detained last April and he has been on hunger strike for 19 consecutive days in rejection of the occupation’s violations and his month-long solitary confinement.

Al-Titi has been denied family visits despite the fact that he is suffering from dizziness, fatigue, weight loss, joint pain and headache, the agency added.

More than 6000 Palestinian detainees are held in Isareli prisons under very difficult conditions. 600 of these prisoners are ill and they need urgent treatment.
