Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced that the leadership in his country, led by President Vladimir Putin, is still ready to conduct negotiations on Ukraine.
According to TASS, Lavrov told reporters today: “The readiness of Russia, including its president, to conduct negotiations on Ukraine has not changed, and will always be ready to listen to the proposals of its Western partners aimed at de-escalation.”
He pointed out that if realistic proposals are directed to Russia based on the principles of equality and respect for the interests of all, it will support this as it has always been.
