Syria wins medals in African Open Championship for physical strength

Two players of the Syrian team for special sports, Fatima Al-Hassan and Rasha Al-Sheikh, concluded on Saturday the participation of our team in the African Open Championship for physical strength held in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, by winning 5 various medals, raising the balance of our team to 7 medals.

Player Fatima Al-Hassan won two gold medals in the Masters category, and won the bronze in total lifts after lifting 95 kg.

Player Rasha Al-Sheikh also won the gold medal in the Masters category, and a silver of the total lifts after lifting 112 kg.

Player Shadi Issa won on Friday the silver medal in total lifts and won the bronze medal after lifting 180 kg.
