Palestinian Foreign Ministry: The Israeli occupation’s assassination of (Al-Kilani) is a war crime

On October 23rdthe Israeli occupation forces assassinated the leader, Tamer Al-Kilani, with an explosive device on a motorcycle, while he was passing Al-Yasmina neighborhood in the old city of Nablus.

With the martyrdom of Al-Kilani, the number of Palestinian martyrs as a result of the attacks of the occupation in the West Bank and the besieged Gaza Strip has risen to 184 since the beginning of this year.

Meanwhile, the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that the assassination of the Israeli occupation, Tamer Al-Kilani, is a war crime and a crime against humanity

The Ministry warned against dealing with field executions crimes, as statistics and figures that hide the extent of the suffering of the Palestinians

The Ministry stressed the need for the international community to break its silence and indifference towards the blood of the Palestinian people. 

The Ministry indicated that it will continue to work with the International Criminal Court to expose the crimes of the occupation and hold those responsible to account.

On other hand, the Israeli occupation continues to besiege the city of Nablus in the West Bank for the thirteenth day, amid calls from the Palestinian national forces for mass demonstrations, in rejection of this unjust siege.

Palestinian media reported that the occupation forces closed most of the main and secondary roads, and prevented Palestinians from leaving or entering them. 

The Palestinian national forces are calling for mass demonstrations in the city, the towns of Hawara and Beit Furik, and the rest of the besieged towns in order to reject the siege. 

Dozens of Palestinians were injured in the past few days as a result of the Israeli occupation forces’ assault on the demonstrations condemning the siege.

Palestinian media reported that 60 settlers stormed Al-Aqsa from the MughrabiGate, and carried out provocative tours in its courtyards, under heavy guard of the occupation forces.
