Settlers renewed their storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque in the occupied city of Jerusalem today. Palestinian Wafa Agency reported that dozens of settlers stormed Al-Aqsa from the Maghrabi Gate, and carried out provocative tours in the holy site under heavy guard of the occupation forces.
Yesterday, dozens of settlers also stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Meanwhile, dozens of Palestinians were injured today during the Israeli occupation forces’ attack on a demonstration in Deir Sharaf town, west of Nablus in the West Bank, in rejection of the siege imposed on the town for the tenth day. Palestinian Wafa Agency reported that the occupation forces assaulted the participants in the demonstration at the entrance to the town while they were trying to break the siege by removing the earth mounds the occupation forces had set up there. The Palestinian Red Crescent said that dozens of Palestinians suffered from suffocation, as a result of the occupation’s attack with poison gas bombs.
The Israeli occupation continues its siege on the city of Nablus through strict measures at its checkpoints in the surrounding villages and towns, imposing collective punishments on about 420,000 Palestinians living in the city in a failed attempt by the occupation to break the will of their steadfastness and discourage them from continuing the resistance.
