Syria participates in the Charity Bazaar 2022 of the International Women’s Club in Serbia

The Syrian Embassy in Serbia participated in the activities of the Charity Bazaar organized by the International Women’s Club (IOC) in the capital, Belgrade.

On the sidelines of the participation, Chargé d’Affairs of the Syrian embassy  Dr. Ammar Awad met with Serbian Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Daria Tepcharevich, who welcomed the Syrian participation in the bazaar as well as other cultural events and activities, expressing her happiness at the return of safety and stability to Syria, which is the cradle of distinguished civilization and culture.

In turn, the Chargé d’Affairs Dr. Awad showed his appreciation for the Serbian minister’s stands , stressing the Syrian embassy’s keenness on  participating  in all events that are held in Serbia with the aim of  introducing the Syrian deep-rooted   civilization despite the repercussions of the terrorist and economic war waged against it.

Twenty-five foreign embassies accredited in Belgrade participated in the activities of the Charity Bazaar, which is held by the International Women’s Club ( IWC) that  includes wives and heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Serbia, in addition to a number of ladies of the Serbian government and other official, cultural, academic and economic bodies.
