The Syrian national football team for juniors concludes the Asian Cup qualifiers by defeating its Filipino counterpart

Amman (ST): The Syrian national football team for juniors concluded the Asian Cup qualifiers by defeating their Filipino counterpart by six goals to two, in the match they gathered today in Jordan for the first group.
Our team opened its qualifying campaign by reaching a  draw with its Jordanian counterpart without goals, drawing with Turkmenistan with a goal for the same in its second match, and losing against Japan by three goals.
44 teams will participate in the qualifiers, divided into 10 groups, to qualify for the Asian finals, the first place from each group, along with the best 5 second place teams.
