New medals for the Syrian Taekwondo team in the Beirut International Championship

Beirut (ST): The Syrian Taekwondo team added new medals to its balance in the youth and women’s categories in the Beirut International Open Championship currently being held in Lebanon and classified by the World Taekwondo Federation.
In the youth category, our players Ahmed Sayyad and Muhammad Al-Baali won two bronze medals, as part of the third day’s fights.
In the women’s category, our player Elissar Elias won the silver medal, and her colleague Sherine Derki won the bronze medal in the second day’s fights.
Our junior team won three silver medals on the first day of the championship, through Jana Sidawy, Noureddine Aliwi and Anas Sukkar.
