A tourist group tours the ruins of the city of Bosra al-Sham in the countryside of Daraa

Daraa (ST): A tourist group of different nationalities visited the city of Bosra al-Sham in the countryside of Daraa, with the aim of seeing its archaeological monuments and enjoying the beauty and history of the ancient city.

The group includes 13 tourists of Irish, Canadian, Norwegian, Dutch and Italian nationalities.

Director of Tourism Yasser Al-Saadi explained in a statement to a news reporter that the city of Bosra is witnessing increasing visits, especially from European tourists, and this reflects the efforts of the Ministry of Tourism and Daraa Governorate to advance the reality of this important industry. He also referred to  what the Tourism Directorate is doing in the field of tourism promotion and its continuous communication with those who manage tourism events to guide groups, especially European ones, to restore the glamor of tourism to  the city of Bosra.
