Israeli occupation prevents dozens of Palestinians from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque to perform Al-Fajer prayer

OCCUPIED AL-QUDS, Sep.27, (ST)- Today, the Israeli occupation forces prevented dozens of Palestinians from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque to perform Al-Fajer prayer.

Palestinian Ma’an News Agency reported that the occupation deployed its forces at the doors of the mosque and prevented Palestinian worshipers from entering it to perform Al-Fajer prayer, and forced them to move away from the Al-Asbat and Hatta gates.

Moreover, dozens of Israeli settlers stormed into Al-Aqsa Mosque from Al-Magharebah Gate, and carried out provocative tours in its courtyards, under heavy guard of the occupation forces, whose jets flew over the area at the time of the settlers’ storming into it.

Yesterday, a number of Palestinians were injured and others arrested, when hundreds of Israeli settlers stormed into Al-Aqsa Mosque under the protection of the occupation forces.

In another development, the Israeli occupation forces renewed their attacks on Palestinian farmers in the besieged Gaza Strip.

The Palestinian Wafa Agency said that the occupation forces, who are stationed in military towers on the southern outskirts of the Gaza Strip, opened fire at agricultural lands in the east of Abasan Al-Kabira town, forcing farmers to leave their lands.

24 hours ago, the occupation forces attacked farmers and fishermen in separate areas of the Gaza Strip.

In the east of Bethlehem in the West Bank, the Israeli settlers seized areas of Palestinian land in Kisan village.

Wafa Agency reported that settlers stormed into the Wadi Abyan area, east of the village, and seized areas of land in preparation for the establishment of a settlement in the area.

Last week, settlers seized areas of Al-Rashaida village, in the east of Bethlehem.
