Palestinian Foreign Ministry: Impunity granted to occupation for its crimes encourages it to persist

Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated that the Israeli occupation authorities’ evasion of international accountability for their crimes against the Palestinians encourages them to persist in them.

In a statement today, carried by Wafa News Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the crime committed by the Israeli occupation forces in the city of Nablus at dawn today, which led to the death of the young man, Saed al-Koni, and the injury of three others.

The Foreign Ministry warned that the Israeli escalation in the seizure of land, the establishment of settlements, the demolition of homes, and large-scale ethnic cleansing means a gradual process of annexation of the occupied West Bank, which is accelerating daily. This will permanently close the door to the opportunity to establish a Palestinian state with its capital in Jerusalem on the line of June 4, 1967.
