Putin agrees to the proposal of the Russian Defense Ministry to announce partial mobilization in the country

Moscow (ST): Russian President Vladimir Putin announced today his approval of the Defense Ministry’s proposal to announce partial mobilization in the country.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said in a speech to the Russian people today: We must take strong and necessary steps in order to defend the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Russia, stressing that the West seeks to maintain its hegemony by suppressing independent powers and imposing its will on the countries of the world.
Putin added: Our forces liberated the greater part of the lands of Kherson and Zaporozhye according to the established plan, pointing out that the citizens in the liberated areas do not want to be under Nazi rule.
Putin stressed that the West is not seeking a solution to the crisis in Ukraine and is pushing the Kiev regime to transfer hostilities to our territory.
