Occupation forces arrest two Palestinians south of Nablus

Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – On Sunday, the Israeli occupation forces arrested two Palestinians in the city of Nablus in the occupied West Bank.

Wafa News Agency reported that the occupation forces stormed into the towns of Awarta and Beita, south of the city, and arrested two Palestinians.

Yesterday, the occupation forces arrested eight Palestinians in the West Bank and one on the outskirts of the besieged Gaza Strip.

Settlers seize areas of land south of Nablus

On the other hand, the Israeli settlers seized on Sunday the areas of the lands of the town of Qusra, south of the city of Nablus in the occupied West Bank.

The official in charge of the settlement resistance file in the northern West Bank, Ghassan Daghlas, told Wafa News Agency that the settlers seized swathes of the lands of Al-Kharji Mountain, southeast of Qusra, surrounded it with barbed wire, and started establishing a new settlement outpost.

Douglas pointed out that the occupation forces, some time ago, razed and built settlement roads in the area, with the aim of linking them with a settlement established at the entrance to the town.

Dozens of settlers storm into Al-Aqsa Mosque

In another development, on Sunday, dozens of Israeli settlers resumed their attack on Al-Aqsa Mosque under the protection if Israeli forces.

Palestinian media reported that 81 settlers stormed into Al-Aqsa Mosque from the Mughrabi Gate and carried out provocative tours in its courtyards and in the Bab Al-Rahma area, under heavy security of the occupation forces.

Settlers are calling for large-scale incursions to Al-Aqsa Mosque in the last week of this month.
