20 leading Jabhat Al-Nusra terrorists, including a group leader, killed in Idlib in a Russian airstrike

The Russian Ministry of Defense on Friday announced that more than 20 leading Jabhat Al-Nusra terrorists, including the leader of the “Katibat al Tawhid Wal Jihad” terrorist group Sirajuddin Mukhtarov, were killed in Syria’s Idlib as a result of an airstrike delivered by the Russian aerospace forces.

Oleg Yegorov, Deputy Chief of the Russian Center for Reconciliation and Coordination in Syria, said on Friday that “according to the latest reports, leader of the Katibat al Tawhid wal Jihad illegal armed group Sirajuddin Mukhtarov (codename Abu Saloh), who was behind the organization of terror attacks on Syrian army forces and civil infrastructure facilities, was killed as a result of a strike delivered by the Russian aerospace forces at a terrorists’ camp in Idlib on September 8”.

According to Yegorov, the terrorists were in charge of combat training of militants, and organization of financial and administrative activities of the Jabhat Al-Nusra terrorist organization.
