Syria condemns the terrorist attack near the Russian embassy in Kabul, says Susan

Damascus, (ST) – The Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Dr. Ayman Susan condemned the terrorist attack that targeted the vicinity of the Russian Embassy’s consulate in the Afghan capital, Kabul. He pointed out that this terrorist attack is the result of wrong American policies. He stressed the need for concerted efforts to combat terrorism.

“What happened in Kabul is a terrorist act, which we condemn in the strongest terms, especially as it targeted the vicinity of the Russian embassy in Kabul,” Susan said. He added that we condemn terrorism in all its forms, and this confirms the need for concerted efforts to combat terrorism, and what happened is the result of wrong American policies.

Susan reiterated the failure of what America has done in Afghanistan.

Susan said that we renew our sympathy with the friendly Russian leadership, government and people, and God have mercy on the martyrs.We offer our colleagues in the Russian Foreign Ministry our deepest condolences.
