The special authorities carry out an operation against one of the leaders of ISIS in Daraa

A security source in Daraa said that the security authorities carried out a security operation, during which they eliminated the terrorist Muhammad Iyad Abdul Razzaq, nicknamed Abu Qassem Al-Aqrabawi”. 

Al-Aqrabawi is a resident of the Governorate of Quneitra and the executing arm of the slain terrorist Abu Salem Al-Iraqi affiliated with the terrorist organization (ISIS). 

The source said: “the operation took place when the terrorist Al-Aqrabawi was surrounded in his headquarters, and eliminated. Various weapons inside the headquarters were also confiscated.” 

The source added that the operation was completed without any casualties among the security forces , with the exception of one security man who was slightly injured. 

The source indicated that the terrorist Al-Aqrabawi participated in many assassinations and terrorist attacks that took place during the past months, including targeting a Syrian Arab Army bus by detonating it, kidnapping members of the army and killing people in  the Muzayrib police station in cooperation with the terrorist Abu Tariq Al-Subaihi

He also participated in the assassination of a member of the committee of reconciliation in the governorate of Daraa, Sheikh Ahmed Al-Baqirat

On August 15ththe security authorities eliminated the terrorist Mahmoud Ahmed Al-Hallaq, nicknamed Abu Omar Al-Jababi, one of the leaders of the “ISIS” organization in the southern region

On August 10th, the security authorities eliminated the terrorist in the “ISIS” called “Abu Salem Al-Iraqi” in the town of Adwan in the western countryside of Daraa.
