The East Economic Forum kicks off in Vladivostok, Russia

Moscow (ST): The activities  of the Eastern Economic Forum kicked off in the Russian city of Vladivostok, with the participation of delegations from more than 40 countries.
According to the Russia Today website, the activities of the forum, held in its seventh edition, will continue until next Thursday. It includes economic, cultural and sports activities, taking into account the hygienic and epidemiological precautionary measures, in which guests participate in person and some remotely via the Internet.
The main theme of the forum “Towards a multipolar world” reflects the global processes of change that lead to the formation of a new economic model that provides an opportunity for dialogue with all interested parties and its program includes more than 70 events, including panel discussions, round tables, business dialogues and international conferences.
The forum is an important platform to highlight the incentives granted by the Russian government to encourage investments in the Far East and promising projects in the region.
