A Palestinian shot dead by the occupation forces in Tubas

Occupied Jerusalem (ST): A Palestinian was martyred this morning from a severe wound to the head as a result of the Israeli occupation forces’ bullets in the city of Tubas in the West Bank.

Wafa news agency reported that the 58-year-old Palestinian Salah Tawfiq Sawafta was killed as a result of a severe head injury during the dawn raid on the city of Tubas and the town of Tammun in the south, and the firing of bullets and tear gas canisters at the Palestinians, which led to the injury of Sawafta and another Palestinian, and the arrest of five others.

Yesterday, dozens of Palestinians were injured and 16 others were arrested during the Israeli occupation forces’ storming of separate areas in the West Bank.
