Lavrov will hold talks with Al-Miqdad in Moscow on Tuesday

MOSCOW, Aug.18, (ST)- The Russian Foreign Ministry has announced that the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will hold talks with the Syrian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Faisal Al-Miqdad in Moscow on the 23rd of August.

Deputy Director of Information and Press Department at Foreign Ministry Ivan Nechayev said in a statement released on Thursday: “the talks between the two ministers will deal with prospects of developing the Russian-Syrian relations at all levels,”

He added the two sides will also discuss the situation in Syria and the recent regional and international developments.
