Moscow cooperates with the United States to lift  ban on exporting  Russian products

Moscow (ST) –The Russian Foreign Ministry announced that Moscow is actively cooperating with the United Nations to lift the ban on the export of fertilizers, grain, and other Russian products.

The Director of the Department of International Organizations in the ministry, Peter Ilyichev, said to RIA Novosti, “Regarding the implementation of the United Nations’ special obligations to facilitate the export of Russian agricultural products, fertilizers, and raw materials to the world markets, it must be noted that we are actively cooperating with the United Nations’ secretariat. The secretariat is doing direct work with Washington, Brussels and private foreign companies”. Considering that the whole world, primarily developing countries, care about the stability of international food markets.

Ilyichev stressed that resuming the normal work of export and solving other tasks associated with ensuring food security, cannot be achieved before removing the sanctions that Russian companies face in their work outside the country. Saying, “The international efforts have not led to any result but work is still going on, hoping to achieve success”.
