Lebanese and Palestinian condemnations of the Israeli aggression on Syrian territories

Beirut-Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – Lebanese and Palestinian figures condemn Israeli aggression that targeted areas in Damascus and Tartous countryside.

Member of the Development and Liberation Bloc, Lebanese MP, Qassem Hashem, said in a statement that, this aggression represents an attack on Lebanon as well and a violation of its sovereignty. He stressed that, experience has proven that this enemy only understands the language of force, which calls for resistance and confronting it by all means.”

For his part, member of the Development and Liberation Bloc, Lebanese MP Ali Oseiran, condemned in a statement the aggression, calling on the Lebanese Foreign Ministry to submit a complaint to the Security Council to condemn the Israeli occupation for its violation of Lebanese airspace and its flagrant violation of Lebanon’s sovereignty.

In a statement, the Vice-President of the Supreme Islamic Shiite Council in Lebanon, Sheikh Ali Al-Khatib strongly condemned this aggression and the Israeli enemy’s violation of Lebanese airspace to implement it. He called for taking deterrent measures against this enemy and not being satisfied with statements of condemnation and denunciation.

In a statement, the Head of the National Center in the north of Lebanon, Kamal al-Khair, condemned the Israeli aggression and said that , as we announce our support for the government, the army and the brotherly Syrian people, we warn the Zionist enemy against continuing its criminal acts.

For its part, the Palestinian Jihad movement expressed its strong condemnation of the repeated Zionist attacks on Syrian lands, stressing its full solidarity with Syria and its denunciation of the Arab and international silence regarding the repeated attempts of the Zionist enemy to undermine its sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Three soldiers were killed and three others were wounded as a result of an Israeli aggression with missiles from Lebanese airspace, which targeted some points in the governorates of Damascus countryside and Tartous.
